Writeguard Business Systems, Inc. gladly accepts purchase orders and purchase requisitions from Schools, Government Agencies and Publically Traded organizations without the need for a credit application. You can simply mail, fax or email your company purchase order to us and we will gladly process your order. Or if you prefer, you can place your order online and choose "Purchase Order" as your payment method. Please make sure that you fill in all of the contact information when placing your order so that we can correctly open your account in our system. Unless otherwise approved, all orders placed using a purchase order will be billed Net 10 days.
The following types or organizations do NOT need to fill out a credit application in order to use a Purchase Order. However we do reserve the right to request additional information, to confirm orders or to refuse orders that we may expect represent fraud.
- Publically Funded Educational Institutions
- Government Agencies (ie. Municipalities, Cities, State and Federal Organizations)
- Public Agencies (PUC's, Fire Districts, Police Organizations and Military)
- Publically Traded Organizations
Other organizations can open an account with Writeguard Business Systems, Inc. after submitting a completed credit application.
