If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order, you may return your order to us, within 14 days of receipt of your order and receive a full refund in the amount paid.

• Orders must be returned in their original condition; blank check paper and envelopes must be returned with no markings or other damage.

• The shipping fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

• The return shipping fee will not be refunded.

• Your refund will be given using the same method as original payment. (If your credit card was used, you must include the same credit card number and expiration date.)

• Before returning your merchandise, please notify one of our customer service representatives. It is required to include a copy of your invoice explaining the reason for your return.
